  • Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food Technology and Nutrition, and other related hospitality management focused courses
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a restaurant branch/stores operations or in a food service with at least one year in a supervisory level
  • Effective communications in dealing with people, resolving conflict and encouraging teamwork
  • Will be assign in all Manila and Lipa, Batangas Branches

Core Job Description

  • Reporting directly to the Branch Manager
             Shall be responsible for:

  • providing directions on all activities and staff in a shift operations
  • providing delightful customer service and experience,
  • prudent and efficient management of branch resources
  • achieving financial, quality management and other operating goals set for the branch
  • coaching and motivating branch personnel
