Facilities and Maintenance Head

 Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the overall management of the facilities and maintenance services including all tasks performed by all maintenance staff.
  2. Lead the day-to-day administration of the restaurant building operations and maintenance to ensure compliance with building standards.
  3. Formulates preventive maintenance program of all the restaurant facilities and equipments in coordination with all contractors and suppliers.
  4. Monitor and ensure action on maintenance schedules and agreements for different facility equipment and make sure the availability of basic necessities such as water supply, A/C system and electricity for all branches and Head Office.
  5. Manage operational requirements of the building including budgeting.
  6. Coordinates with the contractors for the construction/renovation of new and existing branches.
  7. Implement and improve building facilities processes.
  8. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications, and Preferred Skills Set

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent).
  2. Must have minimum 5-7 years managerial experience as Facilities and Maintenance Head, preferably from a food and restaurant business.
  3. Must be aware of Predictive and Preventive Maintenance Planning.
  4. Must have good technical knowledge with supervisory skills of managing a team of technicians / maintenance.
  5. Effective communications in dealing with/motivating people, in resolving conflicts and in promoting teamwork.
